I went to Michaels last night to pick up a watercolor pen (the last one they had!) and thought i'd try watercoloring. While I was there I also picked up some cute rubber stamps and some $1 acrylic stamps. I guess those are a hard find because they are going on Ebay for $60 for the whole set, and there are only 12 or so in the set! WOW! Anyhow, I made this journal last night that I bought at M's a few days ago from the dollar bin. I covered the front and back with K & Company paper. The flowers are stamped, water colored and cut out. The swirl stamp is watercolored too. I took a stamp and inked it with versamark and went around the edges of the paper to give it a little more "ooomph" (you can't really see it too well in the pic, IRL it's better). Then I punched out some tabs for the inside and VOILA! You got yourself a handmade journal! I really like this watercolor bit. I will have to buy some watercolor crayons or pencils and try that out.

You are just on a roll.. April... I am hoping to spend three hours organizing my craft stuff Sunday wish me luck.. Can wait to see your cuddle bug creations.. I have to do paperwork and empty boxes tomorrow cause were bringing more soon.. Take care have a good weekend. Liz
