This is what I've done

The other day I mentioned I would post the cards my mom and I made, and here they are. We used our Express the Moment monthly card kit to make these. My card is the one on the left (the ribbon JUST started coming undone on the left, i have to fix it!) and my mom's is on the right. The only things that we used that did not come in the kit were the Bazzill wings flower, MM decorative brad and the sentiment on my card. This kit has some really nice stuff in it and I can't wait to see what will be in June's kit!

This card that I made below is for a friend of mine that I'll be mailing off this week. I used Fancy Pants pollen dust stamp set. This set is really growing on me! :)

These are post it note holders that resemble books when stood on their side. I found the tutorial on Leslie's blog. These are super cute and super easy to make!!! These are going to a friend also...

Sorry the pic came out dark, I've got to be up at 5:30 and I didn't want to fuss with it! :) We have our quarterly department meeting, and I am actually receiving something at it! I have been with the company for 5 years now and I get a really nice engraved plaque and some $$. It's always good to get free stuff! :) Anyhow, gotta go to bed now!

These look great, April...the birthday ones are so vibrant and colorful. Question...when you get a pack of the acrylic stamps, do you cut out each individual one? For example, I noticed an ABC set at wal-mart the other day for $9 or so. But to use them on my block, I'd have to either cut them, or be very careful about where I put my ink. What do you do? (I haven't gotten my cards yet from Cristen's swap...I'm looking forward to it!)
