Happy Saturday everyone! I have been busy working on the cards for the September Card Kit over at Secret Scrapper, so I haven't had much free scrappin' time, but I did find time to hang out with Teresa and make a couple cards on Thursday. The first card is one of many Halloween cards I hope to make! The pumpkin is covered in black micro beads and the stem has orange glitter on it (thanks Teresa for bringing over all of your great Halloween stamps!). There is also glitter traced on the words TRICK OR TREAT. The pumpkin is raised with some pop dots to give it more dimension.
This second card was my first time using the emboss resisit technique. Not too sure if I like it or not since it's just a trial card, but it's a neat technique! Next time I think I will use a more solid image. 
I'm stuck at home working some OT until 5, then we are going to Super Target to pick up some things for dinner, then I'll make some more cards tonight....hopefully!

I love these cards! look better IRL. Thanks April for showing me a few things. and it was fun watching you create. and loved the goodies I have already used a few.
