My card

Here is my card based upon Beate's sketch below. I absolutely love her work! I actually made this last month, but didn't post it yet because it was for our card swap over at Secret Scrapper.

Supplies used:

Blue, red, white and green textured cardstock from Joann's

DCWV fall stack PP

Butterfly and sentiment stamp, PaperTrey Ink Butterfly Kisses set

Essentials Glue Pad

Dazzling Diamonds glitter

Basic Black, Real Red and Brilliant Blue ink from Stampin' Up!

You can't really see the glitter inside the butterfly due to the scan of the card, but it's super sparkly! I finally cut into my new sets from SU last night, and made a couple cards using the new Priceless set and So Many Sayings set, so I'll post those tonight.

I will finally get a chance to play with all of my new goodies I have received from SU, and the stuff that I bought while I was in Cali over the next couple days. The husband is going to Las Vegas with his brother and momma, so I'll have a little bit of quiet time at my house while he's gone! :)

This Saturday, Mandy is teaching an album class over at Scrap Happy Sisters, and I signed my mom and I up of course (Hey, I have to support my "boss"!) and I will finally get to meet Teresa from our forum. I can't wait!! :) She's such a sweetheart!
