This is basically what my doctor "prescribed" me today for my foot pain! :) LOL! Actually, I have what's called "plantar fascitis", which is a fancy term for an inflammation of the tissue in the sole of my foot. I have to do these stretching exercises 5 times a day for about a minute each time. He thinks it should just go away on it's own, but I had an x-ray done just in case. We'll see. I also was complaining about my migraines and headaches, and how I seem to get them more frequently now, so he gave me a new prescription. Get this---the biggest side effect in this medication is the fact that it can make you feel "loopy" and to the point where you feel like you have "an out of body experience" (That's exactly what he told me!).....GREAT! Which is worse...a migraine or having an out of body experience? :) I'm trying it for 3 weeks.....if they don't get better then I have to go see a neurologist. FUN!
Last but not least he decided it was time for some more blood work....I HATE NEEDLES! They freak me out, and I don't know why....I've been like this ever since I was a kid. I seriously have to look away when I see a needle or I will get nauseous. So I would have scrapped tonight, but I'm tired, sore, and have to be up in the morning....so hopefully i'll get some done tomorrow.

hope it gets better.. no fun..
good luck keep us posted
I have that Plantar...thing too. I've just come to deal with it. It feels best when I wear tennis shoes. Rubbing your foot over a cold can of pop feels really good too. =)
My mom was told she had Plantar Fascitis, but it turned out to be more than that. I read the other day that drinking two glasses of gatorade can take away headache pain. I haven't tried it yet, but if it works for you, let me know! When it's a migrane though, I know the last thing I want to do is eat or drink anything. Hope it gets better soon!
