Merry Christmas!

Hello everyone!!! Right now I am listening to one of my most favorite Christmas songs...Bing Crosby & The Andrews Sisters - Mele Kalikimaka.........It always reminds me of the diving scene in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.

Today at work I received the nicest arrangements of flowers from my best friend. Thank you Bucho. I am one of the lucky ones that gets off work at 2 today, so i'll more than likely head home and put a heating pad on my back. I pulled a muscle last night cleaning and it hurts to walk....so I'll be taking it easy. My husband is working until 8 tonight, so we might go out to a Denny's or Waffle House for Christmas Eve dinner. We normally just keep to ourselves on the 24th since we run around so much on Christmas Day...gives us a chance to be by ourselves.

Christmas morning I am putting a roast in the slow cooker for dinner. We will then head to my inlaws and do lunch and presents there, and then head back home to finish dinner for my dad and brother. Mom is in Virginia and NY this year, having her white Christmas (Damn I am jealous!).

This weekend my good friend Liz is going to be in town, and she bought a new sewing machine that we are going to set up for her. I'm definitely excited to see her, since she only comes out a couple times a year. We might do lunch and a little shopping as well, right Liz? *wink wink*.

There will not be a sketch up for Unscripted Sketches this weekend, but there will be a nice suprise up on the site! I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!!!
