Good morning everyone!!! Here is today's Unscripted Sketch and my sample:
I flipped the sketch on it's side because I really wanted to incorporate the Japanese stamp somehow, and turning it on its side seemed like the best way to go. The paper is from a Cosmo Cricket pad I picked up at Michael's on clearance and the stamp set is from American Crafts. The girl was colored in using Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol.
Today we are meeting up with a friend to go get tile so we can lay it in the house. The carpet in our house is about 10 years old (as old as the house) and it just gross.....having 5 animals certainly doesn't help! Hopefully we will get a chance to get it all down and finished by the first weekend of March!
Well, I have a very short weekend because I have to work Sunday, so my Saturday will be spent looking for tile, grocery shopping, housework, dinner and then finally sleep. Have a good weekend everyone, and please head on over to Unscripted Sketches and play with us!
