Thanks 2 YOU!

I received a Cuttlebug alpha set (Olivia) as an early Christmas/Birthday present from my good friend Liz, so I decided to put it to good use and make my 20 cards for my swap due this Friday. We had to make cards with a number on it, so I thought "Thanks 2 U" would be cute!

Supplies used:
DCWV white and red card stock
Basic Grey Romani PP
Cuttlebug Olivia alphabet die cut set
Ribbon, all probably from Michael's :)
Zig Memory Writer black pen
Stickles Diamond glitter glue

I wanted to keep it somewhat simple since I had to make 20 of them, and cranking the Cuttlebug well over 60 times was getting on my nerves! I am satisfied with they way they came out and am anxious to see the other creations that I get back from the swap! I also finished my swap cards for our August trade over at Secret Scrapper, but I can't show that off yet until we trade!!

I also registered for my classes at CK Convention this year. They are some pretty interesting classes, and one of them is taught by Lisa Bearnson....and I can't wait to take that class! I've purchased several card kits from her site and love them!!! Speaking of CK, I received an offer for a 2 year subscription to CK for less than $25. Now I'm not a "scrapbooker"--most of the time I do cards as you can see....but I received a copy of CK for my birthday a few months back and it was pretty decent, so for less than $25 for 2 years who wouldn't do it!!! My subscription to Paper Crafts Magazine runs out in almost a year, and the past couple issues I've received haven't been all that, so I don't know if I'll renew.....I am really into their special issues though...and the latest issue of Card Creations is pretty good! I also would like a subscription to Cards magazine, but it's quite pricey....maybe Santa will get me a subscription!!! (hint hint mom, if you're reading this!) Ok, time to get the sheets out of the washer & dryer (cat decided to pee on the bed again) and go to bed! GOOD NIGHT!
