1st attempt making a clear card

I got the inspiration from Linda's card seen here. I bought a pack of transparencies at Office Max the other day to give this a try, and it was super easy. I bought some opaque staz-on to stamp on it and it worked really well.



I'll definitely make more of these in the future. The only tricky part is making it so your adhesive doesn't show through.

I hope everyone had a good weekend. My car has been giving me problems for about a week, and today it just died in the driveway. Come to find out all I needed was a new battery. Phew! So my weekend was consumed with taking my car to my parents house to see if dad could figure out the problem (no luck there!). Then we had a birthday to go to last night and we saw Transforners. That is a GREAT movie! Then today I couldn't get my car to start so we drove down Checker's to have my current battery tested (why does that take so long?) and find out the battery was bunk. All is good in the land of April!
