{When it rains, it pours}

Literally and figuratively! So on Sunday my car died. Kapoot. Come to find out all I needed was a new battery. Last night I get a call from my husband telling me the air conditioner in our house just went out. GREAT. So I rush home and we start calling about 20+ different places to have someone come out ASAP to get it fixed. If it were just Darrin and I we could have waited until the morning, but not when we have 6 animals. So then the drama really begins. I step into our bathroom and there is water dripping from the vent EVERYWHERE. So while I was cleaning it up and calling places I got a hold of one place that said they would be out by 9pm. I'm thinking "AWESOME"! Not so much. They flaked...never showed...when I tried to call them the line just rang...........Earlier in the evening I emailed Mandy and she recommended a man who fixed hers a while back. So I called him (Maranatha Heating and Cooling) and he rushed right over at 9:30 at night in the pouring rain to help us. I was so relieved!!!! He was great! I could not have been happier!! SO he just eared some loyal business, all thanks to Mandy. Leave it to Mandy to save the day!

I was so happy yesterday too, I was going to make spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner and go make some cards. I was too busy to do either so I finally had something to eat this morning on the way to work. UGH! :) Anyhow. Oh, the leak in the ceiling was caused by the broken A/C, so it's all good now, but my bathroom smells like a moldy towel. I'll deal with that when I get home tonight. :)
