I *heart* 3M

So last year for Christmas my mom bought me an ATG gun. I was in love! I had wanted one for a while. So I used it periodically throughout the year, and then I stocked up on some Tombow for real cheap at Joann's, and stopped using my ATG for a while. So I started on my Christmas cards last week and decided I needed to use my ATG, since Tombow doesn't stick too well to textured card stock. So about 1/2 way through my cards, it started to jam up and the tension was really tight. I tried a different roll....same thing. So I went to Splitcoaststampers to see if anyone else had issues...come to find out people were having the same issue that I was. So I called 3M to see if there was anything I could do to fix it, and they said that unfortunately there were several bad batches of guns sold around that time last year, and they would send me a new gun with a couple rolls of tape. WOW! I was just expecting them to send me a replacement part or walk me through how to fix it, but a whole new gun! I was so excited!

I just wanted to share my joy...and if anyone out there reading this has had an issue with their ATG gun that was purchased within the last year....call 3M! Email me for the lady's contact info!
